Coaching is a partnership where the coach helps the client blaze their own path to reach their best life.

Setting Goals

The long-term goal of our coaching sessions will be to move you forward on a path toward reaching your best life, whatever you determine that is. We work together to understand the strengths and challenges of your unique brain, and to uncover ways for you to work with it to get you to where you want to be.


Making the small changes

Each session will focus on one specific thing that will take you a few steps further down your path. Is it finding time to exercise? Organizing your home? Finding motivation to get something done? Do you need help working through a specific challenge? You set the agenda and we work together to get you there.

To see the big picture

Through our work together, the small changes that develop each session combine to help you create a map that leads to your ultimate goal - the life you want and deserve to have, created by you.
